Built for daily rituals

Morning planning to evening reflection. A structured rhythm that turns intention into habit, one day at a time.

Designed to disappear.

We built Tomoe Planner because productivity tools shouldn't demand attention. The best tools get out of the way — giving you space to think, plan, and do real work.

Inspired by the Hobonichi Techo and the Japanese philosophy of restraint, we asked: how do you fit a full working life into something that still feels calm? The answer was intention. One day at a time.

Fast by nature

No loading spinners. No bloat. Optimistic updates and instant interactions — the interface keeps up with your thinking.

Private by default

Row-level security. Your notes and tasks belong to you. Never sold, never used for ads.

Ritual-ready

Morning planning to evening reflection. Tomoe Planner adapts to the natural rhythm of your day.

From the founder

I carried a Hobonichi for years. There's something about the ritual of it — the thin pages, the daily quote at the bottom, one full page just for today — that made me feel genuinely organized for the first time. It changed how I thought about my time.

But I kept running into the same wall: work sprawls. Projects multiply. A physical planner can only hold so much. I wanted that same sense of calm intentionality, but built for the scale of modern life.

So I built Tomoe Planner. Same soul, digital form. I hope it does for you what the Hobonichi did for me.
